I was on the Waterman wing, I had good care, but sometimes didn’t get my antibiotics on time. They were to be given at 6 & 12 - 4 times a day and sometimes I would get them 1/2 - 3/4 of a hour late. And the food was awful, always cold.

I am just completing my second stay at Ross Manor for knee surgeries to do rehab. This is an amazing place. It is clean and well maintained with beautiful surroundings. I spent maybe times in their beautiful gardens or enjoyed their activities. The staff is friendly, helpful and caring. They also made sure I had a ride to my drs appointment by their van.The PT and OT staff did a great job on getting me up and moving quite quickly. Plus they made all the arrangements for my rehab at home. I would not hesitate to come back if the need arises.

Delayed pay for employees. Charges employees a $32 fee to replace a check that was lost by the company. If you think high staff turnover won't impact your stay here or a loved ones stay here, you underestimate the importance of continuity of care. Places run like this are a good example of why we keep losing nursing staff to other professions.

In October 2020 I was admitted to Ross Manor where I stayed for about 2 1/2 months . Place was clean staff was very friendly and caring . The food
Well let’s just say you were lucky if it was hot or even warm when you got it. That is the only bad thing about Ross Manor ..

My 80 year old mother spent a week a Ross Manner following a knee replacement surgery. She went in thinking she would be out in two days and not that thrilled about it. Turned out she needed a week. She started with saying her bed was too narrow and that she would rather have a recliner. About day two she had one in the room. She also complained about the food from time to time, but also said it was better than the hospital foood. The staff really worked hard with her to be sure she would be set to go home. When I saw her at home I asked how she would rate Ross and the answer was excellent. You must have done well to get that from Mom. Thanks, Craig

Management is awful. Constantly short staffed, leaving residents vulnerable. There are times where there isn’t even a nurse on staff in certain wings, just CNA’s. Send your loved ones elsewhere where they’ll be treated with respect and with a full nursing staff. This place needs to be reported ASAP.

Wouldn't ever trust coming here. Their nurse Rebecca steals!!!!!! Not sure I'd ever want to leave my family in a place where the staff steals. I'd hate to see what they do to your beloved family members.

Not sure where to start. Do not allow your loved one to stay here unless you have no choice. Hopefully my dad will be able to transfer to another place or come home. Make sure you check the room before you allow them to stay make sure they get bed B! Bed A has no room where as bed 2 has most of the room. When you keep the curtain closed you can't even walk around the bed. Bed B's TV is across the room so it is loud and also near bed A headboard so you can't visit bed A and hear a conversation and also can't hear their TV. The meals you can't even tell what the food is most of the time and tastes and looks like something you would feed a cat. The only positive thing is a few of the staff are nice.
