If you’re looking for a safe, clean and affordable place to take your little one/s to play, then this place is for you! Truly a gem for parents and their little ones! You can have one-on-one play dates or mingle and get to meet other parents there, then set up future playdates. This was certainly a much needed addition to our community as there are very limited options of indoor play places to take infants, toddlers or young children. We adore Thenedra’s welcoming nature and kind spirit. Looking forward to all the wonderful things that are in store for the Rooted Wonder Play Cafe, and its community, as it continues to grow 🤍

Thenedra has created the perfect space for littles to use their imagination and interact with other kids! Also a great way to make new mom friends/connections. She also has the perfect snacks for your little one to have if they’re getting a little peckish. Can’t wait to see this play cafe grow!

It was my daughter and I’s first time visiting Rooted Wonder. Prior to getting there, I had emailed to owner to see if I could change my reservation time. She was very accomadating and quick to respond. When we arrived, the space was clean and welcoming. The owner was easy to talk to and made an effort to get to know my daughter and I, which I appreciate. I will be returning to this space.

I have two toddler boys and we came here on a rainy day looking for something new to do. Rooted Wonder is a warm, welcoming, fun and safe place for toddlers to play and explore. This is obviously reflective of the owner who was so kind and engaging. Salinas needs a place like this! If you have young kids, go check it out!

So glad there's something like this in Salinas! Especially it being cold outside I love that I could take her out of the house and go into the play cafe. My baby girl loves it so much she gets sad when we leave. Also the activities that are offered like during the holidays and Zumbini we love participating.

Such a fun place and friendly environment! My 10 month old son absolutely loved playing with toys and climbing around. He also got to interact with a baby around his age and some older kids too. Definitely will be back! 💛 Thank you Thenedra for being so kind!

We loved our visit to Rooted Wonder last week. It was a cozy space with lots to do for my 4 year old. He had a blast and didn’t want to leave. It was nice that they had snacks for sale so we could eat and stay a little longer. We can’t wait to go back!
