They used to go above and beyond to help along the way to make an extremely difficult and stressful time as easy and affordable as possible. It is definitely not like that anymore they don’t care about families or if your child is unstable, multiple families including ours was told that our children weren’t sick enough and that it wasn’t there issue if we had no where to stay, we were all told to reapply only to be informed after we did that none of us who had a issue were allowed to stay there again. If I could give 0 stars I would they don’t care about families at all. Some of the staff is amazing and others including new management couldn’t care less what happens with your baby nor you.

We went here to stay while my son was in the hospital and they were booked so they sent us to a hotel call four Points by sheridian and it was amazing. Everyone one was so polite and in a great mood.
The shower pressure was good with good lighting in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and clean. There was bis flat screen with clear TV. It had a microwave and icebox. There's a restaurant there and a bar and a gym. They gave us a pool view which was incredible. The pool was so amazing and relaxing!

This place is amazing, it's a blessing to stay someplace other than the hospital while my child is in the Cardiovascular ICU. So far I've meen here 6 months and I needed a break from the hospital, a bathtub and a normal bed, after my stay at Ronald McDonald I felt like I could go for another 6 months at the hospital. (We don't know when we will be home)

I'm the security guard, so have never stayed as a resident. But I see the families able to concentrate on getting well and not worry about food or accommodation and that is priceless. They are outfitted with fully equipped kitchens and facilities that will allow you to cook and store your own food as if you are at home. There are also meals provided should they not have money for food. They have clothing and shoe donations if a family needs. There are fully stocked laundry facilities on each housing floor that allow the families to stay maintained and fresh. The floors and rooms are clean. There are rooms specifically for breastfeeding mothers that need to collect milk while their baby is in the hospital. There are public areas with fully stocked playrooms for children. Public areas to watch TV and hang together as a community. Outdoor playground. The facility is gated and secured so only those words are allowed to be there can feel safe. The staff is amazing and compassionate. There are activities for family such as yoga and wellness center with a gym. There is an operational spa and beauty salon. It's a great place and truly the House That Love Built.

We have stayed here for 3 and a half months already and have been so grateful to have this supportive resource made available to our family. The staff is friendly and the rooms are quite nice.
