The staff here are really dedicated, prepared, well-versed, compassionate professionals. That has to be a rewarding, yet emotionally difficult, often depressing job, and they make it look easy; I am certain it is not easy in any aspect!

Shoot we were told that they were gng to help us with the weather stuff.. I been waiting for them to called me when, the last time I talk to someone she said oh it'll be soon . Been waiting for 3 yrs now , I guess they forgot us

They go above and beyond the need.. they have gone out of their way to help me when I've had problems with some of the utility companies and they didn't have to stop what they were doing and help me but they did.. to help prevent me from being in the dark just before Christmas.. thank you very much Rowan Blaine's and all those that donate
