I took my Yamaha viking here to get work done in November 2024, and they did great work with it. I had a rear seal replaced and I noticed it leaking again. I called them up and He told me that they would fix it at no cost to me, plus I had a fuel pump go out on my side by side, so he fixed at a wonderful price. Online was crazy high but he was able to make it way cheaper for me. He also helped me by letting me use a trailer to get the side by side to him to fix. This place is a great place to take your all terrain vehicles to. Very friendly and knowledgeable as well. We ended up buying the trailer from him at a good price as well. I will be taking my Yamaha when I have any troubles from now on. Thank you for your help.

Purchased a 2013 Arctic Cat Wildcat 1000X with very basic knowledge of OHVs and asked these guys to look it over for me before we hit the trails. I knew it needed a few minor things; it had an oil leak and a temp sensor code as well as needing a new front cv axle. We went over the basics and concerns I had with a new to me machine with high miles and not wanting to get stranded out on the trails with the kids. After having Arctic cat ATVs, I know the availablity and wait time for parts is horrible. Took a few weeks while they had other machines in front and they called to give me the assessment and rough estimate of the labor and parts that they had to order. Gave the thumbs up on a Friday afternoon and they had me ready to go by the next Friday. I appreciate the communication, especially after I picked it up and had questions. They even offered for me to bring it back in for them to look at, but I was able to figure out the issue myself. They addressed my concerns and questions no matter how minor. As a long time employee in a Customer service related field myself, it's good to find trustworthy people out here showing this type of service quality and not just trying to milk you for every dollar they can.

My boyfriend Tony took our SXS in for a oil change , rear bumper and soften our shocks. Rock top power sports is A #1. They did it all in 1 day and was very personable. A great place to do business

The Power Steering suddenly went out on my 2016 Honda Pioneer. I had a big ride coming up I do every year to raise money for my WV hometown Fire Department. Brandon and crew went to work on my machine. Found the problem, made the repairs and performed other needed maintenance in record time! The Fire Department ride was a success (we had 1,216 machines in the 30 mile ride) and my Honda Pioneer, thanks to Rocky Top Powersports, finished the ride with flying colors.

Awesome experience buying from them. Salesmen was great to work with and helped with every step of the process. Even came in on his off today to help meet our schedule. Cant reccomend them enough. Hope I get the chance to buy from them again in the future.
