I took my 3 year old autistic grandson to see the guys there because I'd heard some awesome things about them in my Facebook group. I really needed help with managing him, because during our last haircutting attempt, he would hop down and just take off running, and the salon girls thought it was so cute; it was, but it also took 2 hours to cut his little shaggy head of hair, and I was wore out. I needed some BROS 😆 and I found them at Rocky Top! They were amazing! Very caring, careful and patient. All the dudes were busy working when we got there and got started, but one by one as they finished, they came to help and got the job done beautifully.

I have been a regular at Rocky Top Barbershop for the past couple of years, visiting every other week, and I can confidently say that Dallas Williams is an exceptional barber. I have changed hairstyles A couple of times in the last two years and Dallas has been incredibly supportive. Third time my son and I have went here and would recommend to anybody and everybody, great place, awesome atmosphere, all the barbers are amazing. My son has loved his hair every time and do have I. I’m really picky about my beard and always hesitant to let anybody trim it or blend it but Paul has gave it the much needed touch up every time. Don’t hesitate to go here definitely worth it, appreciate the barbers for their time and skill.

I've gotten 5-6 haircuts here and it really depends on who cuts my hair if I'm really satisfied with it. I've asked for a shadow fade each time, but it can look like a completely different hairstyle from barber to barber. I wish that it could be more consistent. Joe gave me a great shadow fade. The next two times I went I had two different barbers and I really wasn't thrilled with what I got compared to what he did. Overall it's a nice barber shop and usually not a wait. They get you in and out pretty quickly without rushing the haircut too much. The barbers give their attention to detail, which is a plus also.

Dallas Williams cut my son’s hair several weeks ago for the first time. He is 12 and has extreme anxiety when it comes to how people see him and can bully after a new cut, as he’s dealt with this in the past. He loved his cut and felt so good about himself for the first time in a really long time. It’s now time for a cut and he said I absolutely cannot take him to anyone other than Dallas.

dallas did great on my hair a few weeks back and will definitely be going again. super nice and easy to talk to but also very detail oriented. shops super comforting and friendly aswell.

I will take my son anywhere but here. I understand hours of business so when I call 10 minutes til closing to make an appointment for another day I expect someone to answer and say Rocky Top. Not a gentleman answer “We are closed.” I was so stunned I responded with, I’ll call back tomorrow, but after thinking it over. I would never spend a dollar with anyone this rude.
