The communication from Rocky Mountain PACE has been absolutely awful. This is the second time my family member has been transported to the hospital because PACE members called for an ambulance and PACE did not notify us. This is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot believe you would see a patient have major fall issues, severely injure themselves, call for an ambulance and then not notify the people in their family.

Not only is this unacceptable, it's the SECOND TIME IT'S HAPPENED. We wanted to believe PACE was a good answer for our family member's needs and they are for some things but in many ways, this has been an awful experience.

Great place for seniors to get a mixture of Healthcare, socializing with other seniors and information. The staff is caring helpful and always there to help the participants! They provide a meal and some kind of recreation on meeting days. We meet on Tuesday's and Thursday's and I look forward to going every week! Another fantastic benefit is they have small busses to pick up us and take us home! The busses have lifts for walkers and wheelchairs. The bus drivers are great too!

Thank you Rocky Mountain PACE at Pikes Peak Program for the many years of service given towards my mother "Gerry". Before Dementia completely took control my mother she thoroughly enjoyed her time in the PACE program. She would talk in great lengths about the great care the bus drivers gave to her picking her up and bringing her to the center and taking her back home, the doctors, nurses, OT/PT, front desk personnel and clients who became her friends. My mother started with PACE when it was located off of Robinson St. and when the center moved off of Pikes Peak she continued with the organization. I do feel PACE gave my mother a sense of independence and socialization she needed as she battled with dementia, she was not just another person with dementia she had a name and a purpose as she had in her previous life. My family wish to thank you all for contributing to aiding my mother to live as she wished up to the peaceful end of her life. I have for years sung praises of the PACE Program and will continue to do so, Thank you all again for your services.

Excellent! They care about the Elderly. My Mom was in their care and PACE paid for all of her Medical, Dental and Hospice Care. Highly Recommend them to care for your loved ones.

I have had many medical issues in my past. The medical office I used was great but I had to go to them or one of their associates for services. I like that P.A.C.E. comes to my home for check ups and see what treatment is next for me.
