Staff wont discipline the kids once they are wrote up! They would prefer the staff to go through put hell and treat the staff as the kids by punishing them instead. The place needs to be updated and ran correctly. The kids are wild and upper management allows them to do so.

I did a lot of time in there but that is not the point the point is did that kid leave out of there and do good because if he did not then he chose to be there longer than what he had to be.

I do appreciate the help that all you people have gave me because if I didn't go there then I will be still in the streets doing my own thing but I'm not.

Staff are not capable of keeping calm do to the working environment and the hrs they are made to work are inhumane to expect proper work and for the staff to be able to do anything is wrong with how much they deal with on a daily some of the kids are not able to cope correctly do too how they are treated
