Great community college, I started here to do my prerequisites before transferring to ETSU for nursing school. The professors genuinely care especially if you are willing to be engaged and learn. Karry Garcia told me everything had been turned in and I was good to start school. 1 month later she let me know "something" hadnt actually been turned in on time and Id need to withdraw but that she didnt want me to be stuck paying for the semester that I wasnt allowed credit for so I should write up some reasons why I wasnt able to continue with the semester and I trusted her so I did. Turns out SHE didnt turn things in that Id sent to her and needed to cover her own behind and be sure that Id still have to pay! I see she has been promoted since then, what a pitiful shame!

I have been trying to get start in school here for over a year. I have been thru interviews, appointments, paperwork, emails and transcripts all handed in and still nothing. Seems like a high turn over of staff because I keep getting new emails from new people and every time I reply I hear nothing back. What a disappointment.
