Upon calling Veteran’s Services, after tapping the prompt, I was directed to an agent (Jennifer) in less than two minutes, Who was very pleasant and informative. She gave me pertinent information directions and instructions. She answered all my questions and even gave me extra additional information that could be very beneficial as a veteran! Nice way to start the weekend..

I have submitted all the paperworks they requested for my dependent’s CALVET requirement. I have been calling this office since but l cannot get ahold of anyone. Your call is automatically put on a auto answering saying they have tons of calls and you are automatically disconnected. Frustrating!!!! I also have been emailing the customer servive rep whom l submitted my requirements and until now, he has yet to answer me. I just wanted to know what else l need to do since school is about to start and l need to produce what is required from the school. What a customer service they provide for a disabled vet. Thanks for nothing!!!!

Just want to update this review and change my one star ⭐️ rating to a 5+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars.

After posting my intial review, a County VA representative from Indio, Ms. Ayala, contacted me and helped me with this process. Considering it was the weekend when l got her email, she corresponded with me and the following Monday, my son got his CalVet college fee waiver letter. I just wanted to thank her for working diligently on this matter. She knows the concerns l have and with a great emphaty to my situation, I commend her in working through the weekend to help me. Thank you and l hope more people with great customer care like Ms. Ayala are there to help my fellow veterans.

Went there today. I was skipped in waiting. After a couple of hours and approaching their lunch hour I knew I was going to be told to come back so I left a few minutes before their lunch. Very similar to past visits. I hate going to this office but it’s the closest one

I don't know that the staff really wants to help veterans. I called one week and was told that as long as i got there early there was no need for an appointment. Here i am at 9am at the office, being told that I need an appointment because " they are short handed today". Typical VA beurocratic BS.
