This is a county agency with great and caring staff. They have been literally the wind beneath my wings and I have overcome many struggles with their help, I can not say enough good things about this place as they really go above and beyond!!...So thankful to them for all they've done for me!

I'd give them 5 stars but the lady's that are in charge of enrolling people for the DUI program are extremely rude. Especially ANGELICA, (sits on the far left) as soon as clients walk out I hear her talking bad about them. I've watched her give people disgusting looks, and makes them feel dumb. She loves the toxicity from what I heard her say. (Smh) She is the face of this company and honestly makes people feel less than. Other than that The counselors are amazing for group and outpatient programs!!!! Their receptionist is also a sweet heart unlike the other ladies.

It is very good some of the staff more helpful than others. I was very lucky they let me use a phone or would have had trouble because I had problems with my transportation. But I was allowed to use the phone and I am very thankful.
Also it seems they have interesting programs.

Good deal. No problems. Friendly enough professional enough. O of this particular place the gps is of it sets you down in the front by a bakery or something which is ok on the drop off but when you get picked up can be confusing it's a public looking building so you can find it.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Completely unprofessional staff. Rude. Hang up on you. Tell you the person you’re trying to contact isn’t there when they are just because they don’t want to go get them. When advising a nurse on my fiancés allergies I was told they would give him what they deemed he needs and hung up on me. It is very difficult to get in contact with the patient you’re trying to call and when you finally do get in contact, there’s screaming and crying and nothing is being done about it. This place needs to be shut down or get some better employees. You could go into this place completely sane and come out crazy as all get out.

This is an honest review of the office that handles DUIs. Employees are very rude at the front window. The women specifically went out of her way to show her ego . I told her I wanted a different program referral, because the program I have been calling and trying to get ahold of never called me back or answered my calls . So I wanted to go with another referral for better service. The first thing she did was call the Moreno Valley office on the riverside land line and of course they answered her call . Only reason they answer their calls and not ours is because they know if they don’t answer their calls they will be removed from the list. They really need to stay on top of these employees they are not treating people like people.
