My mother was at this place to recover from being struck by a vehicle. This place is absolutely gross, dirty, patients look neglected and not cared for. We had to ask the staff to change the sheets and provide masks as my mom contracted pneumonia while there. Stay away from this place absolutely horrible staff and doctors they leave you drugged up and leave you to rot in bed and never never never answer questions they put you in a room with not just one but TWO ppl. The nurses and cnas extremely loud you can't get sleep slamming of doors sometimes your food tray does not arrive so no food it's never about what you might want its what they want you to do or they find a way to punish you for refusing you don't know the meaning of hell until you have stayed at post acute in riverbank. This place needs remodeling, better staff and or needs to be closed down. It’s inhumane.

Physical therapists were great, an excellent group of people. They we're always ready to work with you to help facilitate your recovery. Rest of hospital staff we're great and extremely kind. If you have to stay anywhere, this is the place.

I am currently receiving wound care here, and I must say that this is the best wound care team I have been treated by in the last four years. Their knowledge, teamwork, treatment, and skills are outstanding. They are the most caring, compassionate, and talented team with the best bedside manner. They are not afraid to try something different if the current treatment isn't enough. They always take the time to explain what they are doing and are happy to answer any questions. Laura and Valerie are two of the best nurses I have ever met. One works the day shift and the other works the night shift. The care and compassion they show to everyone is truly comforting. They genuinely care about every one of us and go above and beyond in their work. I am extremely grateful for the care I am receiving from the wound care team here, and I feel blessed to have Laura and Valerie as my nurses.

My uncle was admitted two weeks ago and we've had the best experience here. Facility is super clean. It doesn't smell like a lot of the other facilities I've been to. Nursing staff is super sweet and very helpful with any questions you have. If you're from the Oakdale or Riverbank area you should definitely consider coming.

My grandmother was discharged recently and our experience couldn't have been better!! Yes the facility looks old but you can tell they are taking the time to change it. The nurses staff are the sweetest and I'd rather any one of my family members be in a facility that they get treated right then to be in a nice and pretty facility and my grandmother be forgotten about. If you're from the Riverbank area I highly recommend bringing your family here. They will take amazing care of you!!!

My mom was discharged last week and I want to thank the Riverbank Staff for taking great care of my mom. The staff were wonderful and the rehab team was excellent!! They were patient and kind when it came to my mom's recovery. The great thing was that family didn't live far and we got to visit everyday!

My mother in law stayed here a couple weeks ago and it was terrible. She was in tears telling me the horrors of this place. She said the nursing staff and physical therapy staff was amazing, but her over all experience was awful! The moment she arrived the place smelled of feces. She was placed in a room with a roommate that was obnoxious and she is voiced her opinion about the patient needing a room by themselves as she wasn’t getting any rest to heal. The staff directed her to the facilities administrator for her request for another room. It fell on deaf ears. My mother in law in 3 weeks got little to no sleep and 2 baths. Yes you saw that right 2 baths even when she asked when her bath day was and no bathing happened she was met with the excused that there weren’t enough staff. This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The elder abuse at this establishment is deplorable.
