I have been going to River Valley for a number of years and find it to be a great place to get my healthcare. My provider is Doctor Donna Jin. She is an excellent doctor. Very thorough. Cares about her patients and solving their problems. She knows her stuff! Everybody I have seen at River Valley is professional and caring. Can't complain about anything! They meet my needs. Thank you for a great job RVFHC!

As far as this pharmacy here, they are amazing! Best prices in all of Montrose always so accommodating and kind. Chelsea & staff go over and beyond for everybody and are so educated! By far the most Superior pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life!

Look I never write reviews but I feel others need to hear this before choosing to go here . Take another look for someone that takes Medicaid. If I could give this establishment a negative star I would . I have never had so many issues dealing with dental in my life . They did faulty work on my husband and caused him to have a failed filling , which resulted in a root canal( which they couldn’t fix themselves ) . Not only was that an issue, they scheduled us in delta for a cleaning . We live in ridgway , not only did I call and tell them we would be just a few minutes late ( the roads and road construction are terrible from here to there ) . We arrived at 940 they had us checked in at 941 . Because of that one minute they told my husband they would not be able to see him because they already tore the room down. I know this is government funded and the lack or care is felt . But really you can do better .

I had a great experience at River valley provider Karl was wonderful listened and helpful I'm glad I finally found a doctor that doesn't want to just put me on antidepressants and tell me that I'm too young to have a mammogram or a colonoscopy he cared to make sure my health was his main priority

Keeps going downhill.

Blood draws usually are fine, once left bruising.

Front desk staff have always been curt and valuing protocol over patients. There was a period in summer of 2022 where they just didn't answer phones at that location and I had to drive there just to book an appointment. But to be fair this has been improving recently after a reprimand from the supervisor at the regional call center.

They had a great doctor at this location, but she left. Now everyone has to restablish care even to continue prescriptions (on your own co-paying dime of course). Got squeezed in for a semi-urgent issue with an N.P. and misdiagnosed the issue. Seems to forecast how patient care is going to be here going forward.

Such a waste of our money on poor medical care. The net effect is it frustrates us into avoiding going in unless absolutely necessary. Which I'm sure makes insurance companies love them.

The front desk put me at ease, when I checked in. The dental assistant was nice and I felt at ease with her. The dentist was very nice and I felt at ease with her, she was attentive, and answered my questions. I had a very good experience

My experience was great, I have really bad anxiety, especially when going to the doctors. They were very kind, thorough with the entire process and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend the providers at river valley.
