They seem to truly care about their animals. They were all very helpful with all my questions. They encouraged me to call with concerns and questions I may have later. I had a wonderful experience, and so far, my family has adopted 2 amazing dogs from there.

We adopted Theo in November 2021, needless to say he was definitely a dog who needed some TLC. We made sure he got that! The staff was wonderful and very helpful throughout the process. They really care about every animal they get, and you can see that. If you're in the market for a new furry friend I recommend the local shelter.

We've adopted two wonderful Chihuahua-Dachshund-Jack Russell Terrier mixes from the City of Ridgecrest Animal Shelter...Pearl and Max. Both wonderful dogs, who've brought much joy to our lives.

It is an animal shelter, but the whole time I was there, it was quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful. I went to make an appointment for my cat to get fixed and chipped. I was in and out quick.

Fantastic customer service! I have had my cats vaccinations taken care of here at a very affordable price. The veterinarian who administered the vaccines were very kind and gentle with my cats.
