I have never been to this bank, however I did watch a video produced by KULT News and I have to say that the manager conducted herself like a true professional. In my opinion this bank is top notch.

Saw this awesome video on KULT news. This is the first bank I’ve ever seen that gives back to the community. I recommend stopping in and checking out their coffee shop. They have a little coffee shop that is 100% community driven and gives back 100% to the community.
They are also very friendly welcoming place all the way .

talk about screwing things up . go to richwood bank . an open a debit card ... my card was declined more then. i used it .. an go in to the bank an have them fix it from one of the new employees .. good luck

I am fed up with Richwood bank. I am tired of trying to use my card on online stores just for it to be declined because of the banks fraud system making the purchase as potential fraud. I cant use MY money that I work hard for until the back re actives MY card. I am so sick and tired of it!!!!

Saw this branch on KULT. Beth you and your staff are great!!! Always protect your rights... Also great job MPD. And JOE at 5/3rd can eat a bowl of di ocks ..... but anway atleast Richwood bank repsects our rights
