I stopped in to check out Restore yesterday and was immediately greeted and welcomed by the AGM who provided a tour, explanation of all of the services and let me try out the compression therapy. I’m looking forward to joining. Thanks, everyone was great!

I was SUPER impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and dedication the restore team demonstrated. From the moment I interacted with the staff, it’s was clear that they genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. They were friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable, making every interaction feel personal and valued.

The services were top notch-I got the facial, IR sauna, Red light, Cryo, IV Drip and compression) and walked out feeling like a new person and immediately signed up to be a member.

Beautiful spa. Wide variety of services that work on inflammation and restoration. My girlfriends and I did the cryotherapy. We had a blast with the staff and the amazing experience. The Erie location has highly trained professionals who are knowledgeable and fun. I highly recommend.

I have to say how disappointed I am with this establishment. Service and treatment was all acceptable and I can't deny that I felt the benefit until I was injured with an IV and my arm was sensitive and numb for 3 weeks, because of that I decided to cancel the membership, a week later my wife suggested to give them another try since we still had unused points and understanding that it could have been an accident on the part of the person who administered the IV, we went back to use the points and maybe reactivate the membership. What a surprise, the staff and manager treated us differently making us feel uncomfortable because we were no longer members, but that was not all, we asked for the two IVs and they had to stung me twice again to be able to put the IV in, again hurting my arm, but that is not all, my wife was also stung in both arms and they were unable to put the IV in to her . Conclusion: The people who put in the IV need to be better trained to do that job. They can't be hurting customers like that.
I informed the manager of what happened and because they couldn't provide the IV I asked for another treatment instead since they are not competent to put in an IV.
The manager told me that she couldn't do that because we were no longer members. I asked her to speak to the owner and contact us to see if it was possible to make up for those points and get back to me with an answer.
She has our information and we were never contacted.
I am very sorry to have to put a bad review but these types of incidents have to be reported so I can contribute my 2 cents to restore so they can improve and stop hurting people.

Absolutely love Restore Erie! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable of the services provided. They really explain to you what to expect and benefits of each service too. Ive done cryo, red light, and compression and I have loved each of them! I always leave feeling refreshed. The staff is so accommodating and it really feels so comfortable when you come in for a treatment. Definitely a great way to recover from work outs or life itself. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Staff was absolutley amazing. I have done both the NAD+ as well as the Niagene. I would highly recommend these to everyone!! If this dont make you feel new and young you might be dead!!!
No other place I would go than here! These folks really care about your overall well being and not just trying to sell you stuff!!!
