Craig Carver and his team are exceptional. Craig brings decades of experience and knowledge to every job (this was the third property Craig helped my family sale.) He knows what it takes to sell property and takes the guesswork out of it. He comes to every property with a plan specific to its market and location. We followed his strategy and received multiple offers on our property in less than 3 weeks from listing!!! We were blown away with the timing and offer he negotiated for us.
I rarely post reviews but wanted to let others know what a truly outstanding realtor Craig Carver is. He is the BEST!

Our experience with RE/MAX - Craig Carver Group was exceptional. Craig met with us on day one and gave us a folder detailing every step of the process. Craig would go over offers with us and give his opinion but stressing that it was our decision. His expertise and knowledge made this home selling less stressful and more manageable. Craig came alongside and walked with us through the entire journey and made us feel comfortable by explaining all that was happening. Finding a knowledgeable realtor is helpful. The Craig Carver realty team is an outstanding organization. I sold my house with the Craig Carver Team this summer and I found out the difference it makes working with a full team.
