Ive been a customer for over 10 years and have payments set up on bill pay with my bank. Because of the repeated rate increases the amount I sent was short by $80 quarterly billiing. After 10 years they skipped my trash pickup and charged me $39 to start picking up again the following week. Customer service is thing of the past, they know the can charge whatever they want because they have the only contract with Madera County, How about a little understanding and appreciation for 10 yr + customer?

Very easy to dump your stuff. You just pull in and weigh then dump your stuff and weigh again to pay. Everyone here was very professional. Upon leaving to weigh we were invited to have a free hot dog, chips and a soda and after working all day this was very appreciated! One thing I didn't know is you MUST have your load tied down or covered no matter how little the load or even if it's just bags of clothes! If not there is a $35 fee. To avoid the fee we went to Pilot and bought a $10 rope! Other than that the experience at the dump was great!

Front desk person Claudia has poor customer service skills. Could not get through the phones Monday night , possibly someone like Claudia working, so I had to call again Tuesday right at opening. Was helped by Joana , no issues helped process payment + autopay for future pickups, told me she will let dispatch know to pick up my trash which isn’t even out of their “route”. They pass through here a minimum of 3 times. She also said if they don’t pass call back and we will schedule that for another day. Trash truck stops in front of my house about to take the trash and then just doesn’t and goes to the next. No problem , I call and get Claudia and she leaves me on hold then proceeds to say it will be an extra charge and pretty much just excuses to charge the extra fee . Anything I seemed to explain to her went in one ear and out the next. Gives me a robotic answer about being out of route . If this girl had any clue on achieving positive customer satisfaction and saw that my property is again within route and not out of route ( which I 100% understand) then one would think it’s a no brainer but must’ve have been rocket science for her so had to fallback on the generic response .

$42.70 minimum...yowzer!! Redrock is like the gordon geckos of trash now. Lol my bad for not checking before I came . They jacked their price up on jan 1st. Definitely won't be coming here anymore.

Rate increases CONSTANTLY! And if you miss the rate increase because you do autopay...they don't pick up your trash. Terrible customer service -- and we don't have any other choices. Madera County should be ashamed of themselves.

Oh lordy me -- I just got off of the phone with their accounting department. As someone who did accounting for twenty-three years, I'm horrified. I don't believe they actually understand how billing and payments work. I just aged 10 years in 10 minutes.

The worse & expensive!! Small trailer 8x10F full of garbage tile& wood . $250 plus 7 tax. Tax ? Of What!! That why people throw the FKN Garbage between Fields in Madera County.this place overcharges Loveland’s place in Manteca CA 8x10 full trailer of garbage flat rate $37. Shame on you chowchilla.

This is second time within 2 or three weeks that garbage trucks didn't pick up our street . When I call they tell me it says it was picked up. Receptionist said driver will take pics after he's picked up now, I felt like she thinks I'm lying. I'm sending pics of our street. ALL cans are still at street. Someone needs to talk to driver about why he says was serviced when it wasn't. My cans are out there every Tuesday night for Wednesday pick up.

You cant ever get anyone on the phone ! So forget that idea. And you can go on the web site and get the correct answers you need . That sucks !
