I have been at Raintree on and off again for 13 years. I love this gym! They have all the machines and weights you could possibly need. There are so many great options for a good workout. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. I'm there most days, even at different times, and everything is kept clean and tidy. There are some fantastic guests, and if you come long enough, you'll probably make some friends. I love using the steam room post workouts. Sometimes people ask me what I like to do for fun. I usually tell them, "I really like going to Raintree to work out!" That might sound cheesy, but it's true, I really love this gym!

I’ve been coming to this gym for years, and the staff has always been fantastic. Recently, I was reminded of their exceptional service when I lost my headphone in the sauna. The manager (Shane?) went out of their way to retrieve it for me and even offered a complimentary water bed massage while I waited. Excellent service as always!

I Joined RAC 8 years ago after moving here from the Midwest. What a great find!! The staff and members are all amazing and supportive. This athletic club serves people of all ages and fitness levels and you never feel out of place. If you’re looking to workout on your own, work with a trainer or take one of their many class options they’ve got you covered. I’ve found my people and place and highly recommend to anyone seeking a similar experience.

I love this place, it's been a big part of my life for three decades. Very spacious and clean, you can work your ass off or just have an easy day. Lots of good staff and equipment, basketball court, running track, racquet ball, yoga, blah blah. Oh, big swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and, no shit, an indoor running track. They got it all. 👍

I got a free day pass online so I could check out the facilities before joining. I'm glad I did because their online pool schedule and ACTUAL pool schedule do not reflect each other. Online the pool schedule for this facility states it is lap swim in all lanes from 9:00 AM to 4:15 PM and open/lap swim after that. When I arrived at 4:00 pm to swim some laps, the pool was already closed for the vortex swim team. I tried the hot tub and had a quick sauna and left. I asked about the schedule discrepancies on my way out and was informed by the staff that the team was in the pool from 4 to 7:30 on all weekdays. SO, the pool is effectively closed during prime time every day. In addition, the men's locker room is shabby AF. The melamine on all the lockers is beat up, the swim suit dryer drains into a 5 gallon bucket on the floor under it. The tiles are all calcium hazed and look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks.
I was debating between this place and the City of Fort Collins rec pass and it's not even close. For less than half the price of this monthly membership I can get access to ALL of the cities rec centers except the city pool. I really wanted to like this place because it's close to my house and they have a sauna (where apparently, people think it's fine to dry their sweaty socks on the heater guard rails, effing disgusting).
Unless you're a morning swimmer, don't even bother with this place if you are interested in swimming. 86$ a month for a pool that's closed after normal work hours. No thanks

I just noticed this facility has some rave reviews from 13 years ago. I don't think the locker rooms have seen any love (or maintenance) since those original, decade old, reviews.

Owners responded with a kind offer for a 7 day pass. It's very generous but I am not interested after what I saw and with knowledge of the ACTUAL schedule. Thanks anyway.

Have been with this gym for years... I definitely do not use it as I should for what I am paying but after injuries and a baby I was excited to start coming back to the gym. I find the gym itself really nice and pool area pretty decent. I am thoroughly disappointed that the swim team takes up the pool during prime hours- some ampunt of time between 4:30-7pm Monday- Friday. Looking at other gyms the swim teams seem to occupy alot of their pool time but these gyms only allow their teams in a couple nights a week, not every day. I have a 10 month old who loves the pool and we want to start making it a routine but we are unable to do so due to work. It's pretty disappointing to pay $120/month and not be able to use the pool when attempting to start making it to the gym again.

Great group fitness classes. I love that there's a running track and a café (coffee, protein shakes, beer, etc.) Also, shout-out to the fantastic childcare team. Our whole family loves it here.

If you want to have a great experience, go there! If you want best yoga teachers and best spin class motivators, go there! If you want an awesome water aerobics class, go there and ask when Kara teaches 💪🏼 And also their is the best place for sauna 🔥🔥🔥 Love this place!
