So happy to have here in Gold Canyon😍 Receptionist cheerfully greeted all and was helpful when someone needed assistance. My technician Vicki was efficient and answered my questions with knowledge and assurance. Office is clean and bright.

I have had 2 good experiences here over the last week. First I dropped in to have labs done for my thyroid. The tec who ordered he lab wasn't sure if it needed to be fasted, but said yes just in case. Your front desk said yes, it needs to be fasted PLUS I should not take my thyroid pill first. I have been doing bloodwork for this issue for over a decade. No one, including the endocrinologist who found the issue, had told me this. Second, there was a man on blood thinners who the tech was having an issue with (experienced person - I knew who he was). He called in a person higher up to help with the issue. Then my tech, who I am guessing was pretty new, was having issued getting my vein. At some point my body says no to this and passes out. I was starting to feel woozy and let her know, and suggested she try my other arm. She agreed, stopped, and then called one of the more experienced techs over to step in! I must say I am very impressed. The culture there supports and allows the employees to know their limits and to call in someone else in without issue to give the patient a good experience. Kudus! I have had 180 experience at another office where I informed a new tech of my tendency to pass out before the blood draw started and, when I did pass out, one of the more seasoned staff proceeded to scold me (needless to say, I did not return there). My only complaint is their check in machine sucks. Everyone has an issue with it. Nice idea, but it doesn't work most of the time, and the old people (which is a huge part of the population here) are befuddled by it.

I happened to be a couple minutes late, but the lady at the front desk was super friendly and understanding. It was the Gold Canyon site, which was much more convenient for me as I live in Apache Junction. I was seen very quickly and the phlebotomist did an excellent job. Will definitely come here again!

The office visit was great, but I sure as heck would like to see my results!! It is next to impossible to get into my account and I have not been able to yet. Why can't you just email them to me? Both my wife and I have tried several times to no avail. Seems like no one tries or even cares anymore.

Professional, efficient staff. Office is busy with drop-ins. My wait was approximately 20-25 minute wait before getting my turn. Office lobby is very clean as well as the room where my blood draw done.

I was an early walk in at 7:00 a.m. There were 4 people already there but the wait time was minimal. The staff is excellent.
