This is an untrustworthy business. They are non-responsive and I am at a loss of many thousands of dollars because of their negligence. After an event at their True Reformer Building, some of our materials were damaged by a third party. In order to get an insurance claim, we needed to have the insurance company speak to someone in the building. Alyssa Piccirilli has refused to return any phone calls or engage anyone after the event. She has forbidden the security guard, Mr Campbell, from speaking to the insurance company. We lost a lot of money because of the terrible Alyssa Piccirilli. Do not take the risk by working with this company.
