Today I had the honor of being helped by a young lady by the name of Kayla. She was extremely kind and polite and she really knew her unit sizes. I was not sure what size unit I need it for a half a garage so she showed me two different ones. Which allowed me to make an informed decision. She also answered all of my questions without hesitation. So I say way to go Kayla. I hope when I need or someone else needs service there that she's still around.

In checking out the competition, public storage seems to have the best pricing. The location that im using is off of 84th and Federal. There property is convenient as far as location for me. Even if location wasn't the most important I believe I would still do business with this location being that I recieved the best service from Kristin. She did an amazing job at asking questions to really understand my needs, was patient and took the time to address my concerns, and really put the cherry on top when she suggested ways to save me money.
