An amazing organization. I love what they do and what they stand for. The office might look a bit small from the outside, however the people that work in this office are very friendly and they really care for their community.
I don't think they have off-street parking, so you can just park on the street.
They also occasionally host English classes here, not sure if free...

Texting me late in the evening IS NOT very professional!!! I DID NOT request anything from you and never asked to receive any communications from you! I don’t care for your cause and disagree with invading my privacy! Lose my phone number!!!

Came to my appointment ON TIME to the 1st ave location and they were closed, I call previously to let them know I was on my way after having a hardship time leaving my job early. I call hundreds of times while outside and they never picked up or return my calls and messages! I try my best to succeed by going to the other location-unlisted in the website or Google- to find out they were closed too. How unprofessional of them to set up an appointment and not abide to it! I burned my chance to get out of work early to come to see these “people” that clearly showed no considerations toward the needs of the people they swear to be working for, Immigrants! I wonder, if they are this way with the appointment how trustful can they be to carry on immigration paperwork. I knew they were not the right people since I spoke to this gentleman and he sounded so unprofessional on the phone. It wouldn’t be a surprise to find out they are just a scam organization to rip off funds given in good faith to “support the community “
