I highly suggest staying away from this facility. I feel they are grossly understaffed, incompetent, rude, or just dismissive. My father had a recent infection that led to a partial amputation & he also has celiac‘s. They gluten poisoned him two days in a row & if we wouldn’t have been there it would have happened a third night in a row. He was not prepared for release, I feel they didn’t spent enough time with him on PT or OT for him to be prepared to go home and be independent. Almost daily he would ask for his medication‘s over & over but would not receive them for two to three hours plus after asking and that’s only after asking multiple more times. My Das had been cleared to shower seven days prior to discharge but only actually received a shower on the day of release. He was there for a few weeks. I had tried to talk to the caseworker Lori about my Dad‘s discharge and she came in and talked to him like he was incompetent had a very harsh attitude. She kept telling my dad how dismissive he was. I corrected her twice and said he is submissive and insecure not dismissive then she said “Well, I was just kidding.” instead of just owning her bad behavior. Once released & home we had issues with the medications & pharmacy. I called powerback & I was not told what pharmacy it was at just that they would call the doctor and put a new order in, which never happened. It took me two days to call around to the pharmacy’s in the area until I finally found it. Then when PT/OT came to the house they actually had the wrong information on my dad from the facility. They said they were told he was in the rehab for an pneumonia not an amputation & infection. Pretty significant differences. I called to the facility the next day when we couldn’t find the prescriptions and the nurse had an attitude & it felt like because we had an issue. She never told us where the prescription was just that she would call on call and get it recalled in, which never happened. Then once I told her the PT people had the wrong information she said well just call them and have them get a hold of us and we will get them the correct paperwork.
We had used this facility in the past a few times with no issues but since it’s buyout or change it has drastically changed. I don’t know if they’re just understaffed or don’t care but I will never have my Dad back at that facility and I will preach to anybody who will listen not to put anybody they care about here either. The facility is clean and there was one very helpful nice nutritionist. Beyond that even the Director Chris I didn’t get a call back from the second time I called him after my Dad‘s gluten poisoning. So disgusted by the whole experience.

They are very slow to answer call lights or screams for help. I've been asking for pain meds for over 2hours.
