Rude, condescending and patronizing. Was very argumentative and was told we don’t have legal help in Stanislaus county. So move or hire a lawyer. Heard me speak for a total of 7 mins.

Project Sentinel can guide you on Stanislaus County but for Mark to tell me
"You're wrong" is a disservice. I never once claimed that my assumptions applied outside of Merced County. Mark apologized but do not take his
advice at face value: trust but verify borrowing a quote from former President Ronald Reagan. If you ever need accurate advice on Landlord Tenant disputes message me directly with understanding I am not an attorney. Otherwise consult with an attorney for Merced County and in general State of California.
