Participating in Project Heroes First has been an amazing experience. I get to work out and do exercises that are tailored to my abilities, which helps me build strength and muscle. These aren't just a regular gym days; the coaches encourage both physical and mental growth. The hard work we put in leads to great results so that I’ve gained confidence. It's definitely worthwhile to team up with this group!

I found Project Heroes First when I needed it the most. I was out of shape, isolating, and down in the dumps. A shell of the person I used to be. From the very first workout JT and the team made me feel like I was part of something big! The camaraderie and teamwork that I experience has helped to pull my mind out of the gutter and get focused again. The coaching and workouts are next level! Since starting 8 weeks ago I’ve gained 9.5 lbs of muscle and dropped 1.3 % body fat. I feel strong and confident once again. I’m stoked for the upcoming 9 week challenge for class 03.
