I had an incredible experience with Project Go, and I can't thank them enough for their help with my PG&E bill. They truly care about their mission and the people they serve. They helped me a lot back in Nov 2023 and thanks to their assistance, I was able to keep my utilities on. I highly recommend them to anyone in need – they are a true lifeline in times of hardship. Grateful for the federal funds they were able to make available to us but they are an absolute clown show in terms of lacking communication, coordination or follow through. They unfortunately demonstrate all of the reasons that people don’t have faith in governmental programs and nonprofits. Would be great if there was another option for accessing the Weatherization Assistance Program.

I've been here twice and the past several years and what can I say they're amazing they paid our electric bill both times was very little work on my part. Wonderful place to serve the community and help with electric bill. If you're in need of assistance stop by they're on Vernon Street in downtown Roseville.

had good experience in 2016, put storm windows up did chalking, did carbon monoxide alarm, light bulbs. called today about helping with insulation, they said they cannot do it, only come every 10 yrs. I thought they were to help low income disabled seniors. I did not know about my hanging insulation til yesterday. so I will have to wait 8 yrs for help, not right. that is why 2 stars
