Attentive to my needs. Good food and lots of it. Wonderful shower aid. Great therapy help. Made my recovery go faster.❤️😊 Kept me free of severe pain.

Please be weary of the 5 star ratings, they are often written by staff and not the residents nor their family! The for profit company who runs this place (Frontline Management) does not care. No long term care home is perfect but this one is FAR from it. Saw too many ongoing issues with no real change. There are staff who care and deserve all the praise! They are truly dedicated to their residents <3. However, those few cant do it all when they arent provided sufficiente help. The residents deserve so much better. This place will not change until Frontline decides to step up and make some real culture changes.

Some Staff do their best to care for our family members, but we hear excuses such as "we're short on staff, unable to provide the care that Dr. Prescribed for rehab. Or the CNA's aren't trained to provide rehab during their care". So most of the CNA saff rush the pts. In their transfers, not allowing pt to stand & pivot correctly. My mother in law went in continent of bowels, came back incontinent, because staff would not take the time to put her on a bedside commode.I was trained as a cna to allow pt. To do as much of their own care as possible, & to place pts. On toilet whenever possible Your main phone number goes nowhere.Nobody answers, & staff admit that it's hard to get hold of people through YOUR MAIN NUMBER! I was told People would contact me with information on my mother in laws' wound, but nobody ever called back, the info wasn't provided to me either. Not impressed. Sorry to those on floor whom actually do care for pt. Those of you deserve five stars, but this facility doesn't.

This place isn’t what it used to be. Being in a small town it’s often difficult to come back from a bad reputation. PCC is doing it! The new management team cares about their residents and families! Stop by, give us a look. We would be glad to help you with finding the best possible placement option for your loved ones!

I am very pleased with the care my dad is receiving Excellent staff and management The food is very well prepared and good with a vast variety The only complaint I've heard from other residents is that they are extremely bored I'd like to see more activitys for them

Funny how they have to get staff to write positive reviews. All the positive reviews are from current or former staff. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. They are constantly short staffed, residents don't get the care they pay for. Ive refused my loved ones here after they were reffered. Please do not send your loved ones here, they will not be treated right. They will be miserable.

PCC staff are Wonderful, they are positive, fun loving, compassionate, and caring people.
The environment is also great, they are truly a family who care about all the residents!
