Perfection in 4 walls. I was a fan for a couple years and became a coach. I seriously enjoyed my time working with the staff, players, and families. This is forever going to be a beautiful memory in my life. Thank you so much.

We love this place. The drop in practice is structured, and the clinic practices are moreso. The coaches are great, and we can see skill improvements after only a few weeks... But even better, there's a good community feeling here... A place to make friends. Highly recommend.

Awful club that condines bullying, favoritism and coaches care more about winning than the safety and mental health of their players; including their own kids whom they are allowed to coach.
*We chose to wait until after the season ended to send emails, as other families had sent information and their concerns were ignored and their child retaliated against. My daughter was extremely concerned with retaliation as the coaches were very mean to her and bullying was clearly seen by coaches and ignored. Additionally, the coach was physical with her daughter in front of everyone. A coach who is going to do this will not respond well to a family's concerns.

We had very high hopes when accepting a position on a Prime competitive team. They have a nice facility and the coaches were amazing.
Shortly after competition season began, we realized the owner/club director was only out for herself and her child.
She violated the very contract that she expected the kids and families to abide by. She made decisions based on her personal feelings and not at all based on what was best for the team.
Because of the awful way she chooses to run this club, 2 amazing coaches and 9 of the 11 girls on our team, want nothing to do with Prime. Some have even been so affected by this season that they don't want to play at all.
I also should add that the communication from the director seems to be non-existent. Just bad customer service.
Be very careful before choosing to give this club your money or your child.

Weird how you responded to your Google review, but have yet to respond to my email... Your bad decisions as an owner have absolutely nothing to do with training athlete mindset. If that's your idea of training athlete mindset, thank you for proving my point that this is not a good place for anyone to take their kids or their money.

Love Prime and everything it stands for. They are committed to the athlete as a whole and create great relationships with all of their players. The goal for everyone is to see players grow and learn and they have many avenues to help this happen. All the coaches work hard at keeping a positive and supporting environment.

Prime is such an amazing club. They have great coaches that are super supportive. They focus on training all aspects of being an athlete. In addition to volleyball, they provide mental training and weekly strength conditioning. The strength conditioning is provided onsite by Unite physical therapists. My daughter has grown so much and had an amazing season with Prime!
