Mr Gupta went to extraordinary lengths to get me an inhaler spacer in difficult circumstances. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind, and he took his time to advise me on how to support my son even though it was a busy time. I highly recommend using his medical supply store if you are located near Mount Pleasant.

I've never bothered to leave a review on any establishment until today. I honestly felt the need to let people know that if you are ever in need of a medical item in the Mt. Pleasant area I highly recommend this place. The owner and his assistants made sure I received the item I needed. They had to make numerous calls and deal with my insurance denying a few times. I was probably a pain but they definitely didn't treat me as such. Obviously all owners should be kind to their customers but I honestly felt the owner Vihmu(?) truly wanted to help me get what I needed. I can't thank him enough.

I have worked with the owner, Vibu for many years. His service is second to none. He goes out of his way to help my patients get needed equipment and will drive as long as it takes to get them delivered. He and his staff are amazing!

Great customer service very prompt and honest would recommend to anyone needing medical supplies they are the best in the area. Got my my 3 year olds supplies on a Saturday when they are closed but really they are available 24//7 spoke with the owner

Prime Care is the place to call! I received my walker today and was very happy that Mr.Gupta delivered it to me, explained everything, adjusted it for me, and had all papers ready for me to sign!
I really needed a new walker- the kind with the wheels and seat. But I had no idea who to call. I'm glad I called Prime Care. My Dr.'s office recommended another medical supply, but without transportation, I decided to call around in Mt. Pleasant.
They're in a new location on Mission St, across from Quest Diagnostics, stop in to see what they have!

VIbhu is legit. He was really pleasant to talk to, and was not shy about making sure I had the best care available. Insurance was dragging knuckles so hard, but literally the same day he got the approval he set up an appointment and delivered. He even gave me some good tips about some local eats, awsome guy!

I have been a home care nurse 7 plus years. When ever i have any issuses when it comes to DME he always goes the extra mile and helps all my patients. He will work with the Dr office and pt in there home and at the hospital. Very quick communication and always follows through. I'd give 20 stars if I could.

The whole staff at Prime Care DME was very friendly and helpful. In particular, Tabitha went the extra mile to help my 93 year old mother get her stand-up walker. It's perfect for her and she was able to steer it out the building that day. I would highly recommend Prime Care to anyone looking for medical equipment. You can't go wrong!
