This place is horrible. The people that work there have all the wrong information. They are giving people wrong information that can horribly wrong with peoples benefits. They never answer their calls or emails. I’m so glad I called and got the right info and decided not to proceed with this company

Discrimination won't hire you unless you are severely handicapped which don't make any sense

I just wanted to say that the crew maintaining Phoenix Park in Fair Oaks is doing a fantastic job on the lawn and walkways. I walk there almost everyday and noticed how well kept up it is! Much appreciated.

Shaking my head in disbelief. I'm saddened by some of these negative reviews I've read. Pride is more than a industry that makes jobs for those with disabilities and I frown down at the word disability because I mean who doesn't have a disability or two? Yeah that's what I thought. There's so much more going on than just wearhouses work and training clients motor skills and sharping their memory on slow days instead of sending everyone home, we all continue to perfect our craft! There are dedicated people that show up to get involved and work diligently with a purpose, If you showed up every day you would've seen the miraculous things happening on a daily! And yes I've seen and been there during the walk-ins and agree there's a few workers that are acting like they are working and as soon as they leave they sit back down and do nothing and those are the ones that get paid accordingly and later on leave or get fired. There's other jobs around the corner that pay 3 to 4 times more and that's the truth because I checked! But are you willing or even capable of working harder than you do now and still maintain all your bad habits and get paid for it? Ok I agree we all need to get paid more especially if you know your worth and here at Pride it can happen but you got to get involved and make a difference in someone's life and be prepared for all the gratitude you receive back for having just a smidgen of compassion. We get paid more than just money, attached to that paycheck you get knowledge of knowing just how important you are in this puzzle of life! And I like the reminder Ziggy puts on our checks that he loves us! To me Pride Industries is more than a labor movement it's a social movement!
