This place is a God send. I needed food, there's 5 of us in my family, they really helped us out. I had forgot my glasses , and the sweet lady read a few questions to me so I could answer. THANKS SO MUCH !!

Please update your phone menu. You guys are not helping with taxes and the numbers that you give out are not useful. At least make sure to give out good numbers and not one that leads to some ladies giving their life stories.

In my opinion, the Staff at Presa Community Center did an outstanding job of performing the task of Tax Preparation for the Public. Despite the fact that they were very short staffed the Tax Preparation went smoothly and in a professional way. Staff was very customer friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Special attention was provided to those people who had problems and conflicts with their tax documents. I have had my taxes prepared at this Community Center for several years and I have never been disappointed. I appreciated the fact that I was remembered by the Staff as I received their warm greetings. I feel fortunate to have this service available to me and it's operated by friendly and professional people.

Staff is awesome. I understand why my son and I had to wait outside in the cold until they called our number because of covin. But they did their best to get us back in as soon as possible. They were very polite and helpful.

Was given this number for the food pantry. Some rude lady answered the phone and started yelling “this is transportation I don’t know why they give you this number” I called back cause I didn’t hear the number correctly to call and she hung up on me I call back and no one answers. Someone with that kind of attitude shouldn’t have a job answering phones!!!

This fantastic organization provides food to anyone in need once per month. Just get there by 3pm and one of the friendly supporters will get you set up within minutes and send you home with more food than you can carry. Thank you PCC for being a truly good organization that stands firmly behind the people of San Antonio. You are appreciated.

I didn't know that this place existed! At first glance it looks like a Senior center but it's a Food Bank. The people are friendly and you're not filling out forms all day ! Quick and Easy and much needed! Thanks so much for your help!
