Preferred choice homes hires sorry cheap companies to do their work and being you spend so much money on a home it’s really disappointing that the quality of people they hire have no integrity and really don’t care about how the product turns out
My husband and I are a young couple and this is our first home together while I love the home we’ve had multiple issues with ac/heat and have had a couple leaks we haven’t even been in the home 6 months and it’s had to come out of our pocket we were just charged $800 more in our electric bill due to mistakes fleetwood and the ac company they hired made but nobody wants to own up to it and take responsibility it’s absolutely unreal and ridiculous to me that we’ve had to pay so much money out of our pockets for other people’s mistakes especially when you hire a company like this and give them over 200k you expect them to at least hire reputable people who will do the job right and when they don’t the least preferred choice homes can do is pick up the slack ultimately they are responsible because these are people they hired but we just get the run around and are now down almost $1000

Our electric bill went from $100 to $425 to $700 within a month as soon as our duct work was fixed it went back down while the duct work was a huge factor and contributed to the $700 bill our electrical on the side of the house was completely burnt up due to fleetwood not screwing it in tight enough which sounds like a factory failure to me it activated our emergency heat and cost us almost $300 more the electric company said the amount of kwh our home was using is almost unheard of our dogs are no where near small enough to fit under the house nor are they ever allowed in the area the opening is we have 130 ib cane corsos
While I’m from Fl I’m not dumb but you must be to make yourself believe or try to convince me this is normal and to try and make me believe it would go up that much when I have my heat at 68 I’ve sent every inch of proof that it was the ac company and fleetwoods fault on top of all of this this is the second time our duct work has come undone since we’ve lived here and when we called the company that you guys hired to fix it they told us they don’t do duct work
I wonder why probably because they’ve been sued I will not be made to look a fool when you guys refuse to take responsibility for your actions it’s ridiculous I’m tired of grown men not owning up to their mistakes I did give a good review on Andrew helping us build our home he was helpful in that but who wouldn’t be you guys wanted the sale

This included many calls and texts to stay on top of things and more importantly, to keep my husband and myself informed and completely up to date. Andrew and Brad were extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We definitely recommend going to see Andrew if you are
considering a mobile home purchase because prices are very comparable with various dealers. The difference is in the service and ease of working with your salesman.

Andrew has went above and beyond for months to help us. They are a friendly and are great comlany. They really do try their best to get things done as quickly as they can, even when it's out of their control. We are excited for our new home.

Edit: We've had issues with contractors taking too long to complete things. Today is day 45 since delivery and we still aren't in our new home. We don't have electric/power. We are having to stay in a home without power and it's really hard in the middle of Summer. It's been 3 months since we closed. Our home was already on their lot when we closed.
