All the employees treat you no respect and seem annoyed doing their job. I went today for my daughters driving exam and the instructor didn't show up to work, nothing wrong with that but they don't call you or inform you about the instructor not being there and they wait for you to show up and waste your time. Even worse they rescheduled her test a whole month later. Rude irresponsible employees that don't want to do their job correctly.

If u have to go, make an appointment. If u don't u will wait nd wait nd wait. 2-3 hrs at least. Maybe longer.

Pretty good service. They made is simple and the wait wasn't too long. The only downside is they don't tell you what you need upfront. So I needed to come once just to learn what documents were needed. With that done then I was able to do everything in one visit.

Don't go without a appointment honestly you don't even need to go to the office to deal with rude ass employees I hate that place thank goodness I passed my driver's test to get my class A permit half way there

Sarah Aldana- honestly probably the most careless place ever I went in there, waiting hours to take my photo ID the photo gets took in and then the lady does not seem too happy and does not process my photo, leaving me to have to figure it out the next two months when it was already too late for me to give an ID so that I could be put on payroll, but due to my pregnancy, it was already late, and I was not granted unemployment, because of their careless workers who are stuck up in there, jealousy mind settings instead of helping people take care of their basic needs. I was not given any unemployment, because of this my entire pregnancy, and I worked more than a year this DMV cannot take any responsibility for their actions nor do they care, so I don’t recommend it DMV’s that are more packed have done better with me than this DMV if I could give a negative star rating I would, but it’s not possible
