Great selection, very good prices and friendly salespeople. I don’t know about those other reviews. This place was very clean and had lots of great things at really good prices and the people working there are great.

I had some furniture picked up. Rick was such a blessing. His positive and pleasant attitude was commendable. He moved a couch, love seat and a recliner all by himself and was smiling the whole time. God bless Rick.

Never ask the women there to hold anything for you the power went out we had our items ready to pay. Told us to come back the day after that they would hold them for us we showed up they were sold . The skinny South American loud woman with glasses is very rude and she thinks is all that lying to us about the item that we left in hold and the plus size woman too. Two inefficient workers don’t know how to treat customers .

I intended to donate a recliner that was still in good shape. I walked in, thinking I could just drop it off. Wrong. I was told to make an appointment. Then, in the same dismissive way, was told that they don't take recliners, as she walked passed at least 10 recliners on display! No worries, we dropped it off down the street at a nearby thrift store. No appointment, no attitude, and the employee unloaded it for us!

Great items: nevertheless the policy to pick up next day otherwise they resale it and the fact that mostly females work there and that does not help at all to load purchases makes it a deficient service. I suggest to have a mix males/females working there.

Cleaner and better selection than other Habitat stores like this. Prices are high. $500 for a nice, used couch. It's still a used couch that probably cost $800 at most. All the furniture seemed like you could find it new on clearance for the same price.
The building supplies were limited, lots of doors, windows, kitchen cabinet doors, small amount of tile, a few bits of click lock flooring. Not much else. I'll be tempted to stop in to see if they have a good turnover and selection in the future, but I wouldn't look for appliances or furniture here.
