We recently had an HVAC system installed and had some issues with the installation. We contacted Plains Heating and they quickly came out to look at the system and worked with us on a resolution. We are really pleased with their customer care and our new HVAC system. Would definitely recommend this company!

$220.00 service charge to be on site for 3 minutes. Didn’t fix anything, hit his knife on the pipe of the hot water heater and said he didn’t think anything was wrong. Not a way to do local business with another local business.

Plains did a fantastic job of communication even when I was fed up with not having AC, they were polite and helped in any way they could. Due to supply issues we had to wait for our unit but once they received it they were prompt in installing it, were here at the time they said everyday, cleaned up each evening! The guys were amazing to work with. Our bill was exactly as quoted. Definitely recommend!

I'm not sure how this company has such a high rating. This company is very good at taking advantage of rural customers. In October, we lost heat and Plains came out and told us the control board was bad. Cost of parts: $257. I can get the control board for less than $100 retail. Fast forward to this week. Again, no heat. the fan on the booster motor was out of whack so the wonderful technician replaced the entire assembly, even though the motor was only three months old. The bill came today: $373.50 for parts (The most expensive booster assembly I can find for retail costs $189). The tech would not give my wife the price before he made the repair. I will never call these guys again. I'll pay extra to have a company from the city come out and probably still save money.

This company was referred to me by a friend.
I've been having issues with my furnace overheating.
I called in and within 30 mins, I received a called back from the service tech David. Within 30 mins he was at my door. David was very pleasant and I felt the pricing was very reasonable.

Hopefully I won't need them anytime soon but if I do, I'll definitely use them again.

Have had bad experiences in the past with my a/c not getting fully repaired by them. Now that they have Michael, I thought I would give them a try again. He was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, they sent me a bill for $85 just to have him show me where the reset switch is on my furnace. I expected to pay something, but that is way more than I would have imagined, for 5 minutes, in the same small town where they are located. I have a small business and there is NO way I would still be in business if I did that to my customers.

Thanks for the quick service in sending your technician from Burlington after our business air conditioner stopped putting out cold air. He installed a temporary motor in the blower part of the furnace until they could get the correct horse power motor ordered. This kept us and my heat sensitive merchandise cool until the correct motor arrived and was installed after the second trip from Burlington.
