5 Stars from me, as I'm impressed with the fact that they will pick up your appliance for donation, however, it's what they do with the appliances that's even more impressive. By using the donations they receive, they are able to provide jobs through training and teaching employability skills to those who have roadblocks in securing a good job. This is a fantastic organization.

I had a refrigerator still under warranty but had replaced the icemaker four times. I donated this to Pivot Point, who refurbished it and gave it to the Humane Society of Midland County to store medications. A win win. Wonderful people who do what they say they are going to do. Personable, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend donating your old appliances to Pivot Point.

Real life savers! Had my refrigerator of only 8 years die and lost hundreds of dollars of meat. This place had the perfect replacement at a very reasonable price. They delivered it for a nominal cost and even hauled off the broken one.

Pivot Point was awesome! I recommend them for any appliance maintenance you may need. My Dad had an issue with his dryer not getting hot so he called Pivot Point and was able to get it fixed that day and for a great price! We are were very pleased with the service and it was friendly!

Have had many experiences over the years. As a couple reviewers suggest, one’s interaction with a person often determines an impression. Too bad if there was an employee, who is also the main contact, whose actions resulted in a poor experience. I’ve dealt with four different managers over the years. All were honest and personable. The goal and mission of the store is highly dependent on the commitment of ALL those involved: manager, employee, That said, I’ll continue to support this worthwhile endeavor because it has more potential to help those in need than a big box would. 🙂

I called to get some pricing ideas, the woman I talked to was incredibly rude, very curt. I thought I would try them, they were recommended to be because of their work, helping people with disabilities getting jobs, but the way she was talking, I just did not appreciate it and I will definitely find somewhere else.

I got a geat deal on nicely repaired washer and dryer. Had an issue with the dryer, but they were able to fix it quickly under 60 day waranty, and get it back to my home. Highly recommend checking out this place first if you are in the market for a washer and dryer.
