I had an event today that started at 3, and the building was supposed to be open at 2. We showed up at 2 and it was locked. After calling someone, we finally got them to come unlock the doors at 2:30 (only giving me 30 minutes to try to set everything up!). I was unable to finish decorating before guests arrived because of this.
And then, at 4:30 (DURING MY EVENT), they have the NERVE to show up and show the building to someone who wanted to rent it, which disturbed the baby shower that I was throwing.
They are very irresponsible and unprofessional.

Great venue to host gatherings like showers & Birthday parties. The Ladies Pinson City staff are always super friendly when you rent the venue! Pricing is good!

If I could give no stars, I would! Had an event today day that started at 3pm and the building was supposed to be open an hour prior to.. it is now 2:40 and we are STILL here and waiting...
