I visited a friend at your facility yesterday and was very impressed with everything. She lives in one of the free standing homes which are beautiful and spacious. I happened to be there on St. Patrick's Day and was able to attend part of the days special activities. The activities director was great and made it fun for everyone. The building which contained the apartments and assisted living and nursing care areas was also beautiful. The buildings and grounds are all well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This community is definitely one I would consider moving to for my golden years!

My father stays at Pinecrest. The place is awesome. In the last year I've seen him really living again at 88. Lufkin is where he was born and now he gets to visit with cousins that he rarely seen before. Walking 2 miles a day and better shape turn 3 of us. The staff are very professional from the front desk to the dining to the maintenance staff. The place is always clean and walkways are clear and safe for him. Highly recommended for anyone...

My mother was placed at PineCrest for rehabilitation after she was hit in a head on collision. She entered the transitional rehab facility with many broken bones and other injuries. The staff was very patient and kind to her and treated her with the utmost dignity. The physical and occupational therapist pushed her in therapy and she made such amazing progress under their care. Michelle Waller is an amazing nurse that made my mother feel heard and cared for. The facility is clean, well equipped and has great amenities. The staff is accommodating and hard working on behalf of their patients. From the checking in process to the exit procedure, we could not have asked for a better experience under these circumstances. Paul Johnson is such a dedicated social worker and was incredibly helpful to us. I would recommend Pinecrest to anyone that has health care needs for an elderly loved one.

We have been in contact with Pinecrest Rehab Direct Nurse Line to place my father after a lengthy hospital stay and have been absolutely pleased with all aspects of the team and facility. From admittance to the rehab services provided, Pinecrest has been top-notch! I would highly recommend your loved one receiving care at this facility

This is my first time visiting the facility and looking at it for my mother and father-in-law. I was very impressed with the facility. I walked back through skilled nursing from the main entrance to the rehabilitation center. I talked with several employees and nurses as well as learned about pet therapy.

The employee at the entry desk was so friendly and helpful. Everyone we met was friendly and showed their love and concern for Sister Laverne. We enjoyed a delicious, very fresh salad from the Bistro. It was a good day at Pine Crest.

PineCrest truly offers a personal experience with a staff that genuinely cares and to that point genuinely cared about my own grandmother and all of their residents. They are super professionals who can walk the walk of empathy with a big heart and a clear mission. Just generally a whole community of family.

The Brawley family has nothing but the highest praise and gratitude for the entire Pinecrest staff. Whether it was rehab, care providers, administrators, nurses and even transportation, maintenance and meals, our father was tended to with the greatest compassion, Love, and respect. Thank you all!!
