They are absolutely infamous for neglecting cases. By the time they want to help you you've already been evicted then they deny you assistance because you don't live there anymore. Already reported to the attorney general and the department of Treasury for suspicion of money laundering. Don't bother if your trying to get rental assistance your better off investing your time obtaining camping gear. My issue still hasn't been resolved and I applied 3 times already.
