Never showed up. Had everything placed outside and no one came. Confirmed my appointment and no one called to say they weren’t coming. Had to move everything back inside. Then said they could come in 10 days. Don’t bother with them!

Waste of time.
My items were in good condition, light enough for me, old lady with few muscles, to get downstairs with no help. I needed to donate cuz my home renovations are exhausting, ditch anything nonessential.
They called to tell me it was either broken or too heavy. So I dumped some, neighbors carried away an appliance, took back a chrome shelving unit, and the walker went to some friends with a nonprofit that were ecstatic to take that and other stuff.
Scheduled weeks in advance, checked guidelines, everything was appropriate and useable.
Waste of my time.
What nonprofit doesn't love a working walker with a padded seat that folds up? My theory is that the driver just didn't feel like picking up donations.
Waste of time.
Don't call them.
So much for making reusable easy.
Stupid.

Not reliable. Like others, they don’t let you know in advance that they are not coming. I gave up and took my donations to Goodwill and Habitat.

They serve a worthy cause, but they’re unreliable on picking stuff up when you schedule it!

Every time I schedule a pickup and put all my items out, they hardly ever show up and I have to bring it all back in. Ugh!
