DO NOT GO THERE! Very rude, agressive owner who does very poor work!

I brought my boots to install the heel caps, they have worn out in 2 times I wore the shoes. When I brought them back, the owner said that he doesn’t give any guarantee on heel caps, so I had to pay him again.
Next time the heel cap just fell off COMPLETELY on one shoe! So while I was getting home, the heel itself got damaged. When I came back, the owner said that he never saw and NEVER repaired these boots, called me a lier and started to act very aggressively.

DO NOT GO THERE! They will destroy your shoes and charge you more than in the stores nearby!

My son's belt is a little long, so I took him and the belt to this shoe repair place to get one or two extra holes. It was a beautiful Ralph Lauren belt. The guy suggested cutting the belt and sewing it at the buckle end. It would cost $20. He said that the belt was too long, and would not look nice if I added an extra hole. Adding one extra hole would cost $1. Actually, both options made no difference to me. From supporting local small businesses' perspective and from supporting craftsmanship perspective, I took the option that costs $20. He measured my son, then I left the belt there. When I came back to get the belt, I found that he cut the belt way too much, and it barely fit my son's waist. It was a beautiful belt. And now it was ruined. When I mentioned it was cut too short to him, he started yelling at me, and said, of course, the belt should be cut short. And he seemed not being able to get that the belt was so short that it was barely wearable. I felt so regretful coming to this store, paying extra money to get a ruined belt, and being yelled at by him.

Absurd prices, but I was in a bind on New Year’s Eve so I said fine. He says ready by Wednesday. Forgets an integral part of the order, have to come back Saturday, he then plays games about when on Saturday it’ll be ready so then I have to alter my whole day so I can wait for this man, who grossly overcharged me, to do the initial job I hired him to do a week ago. Horrendous. Go elsewhere
