Went to Phil's and the hispanic food was authentic and amazing. Also went for the Super Bowl and the buffet was delicious.

Love our waitress Joanna she is a sleight and yes I pronounce my words perfectly. The food is delicious and I am quite happy! My family is content and with smiles on their faces!!! We love this place. The music is perfect! Thank you for this meal God Bless!

I have gone there twice. My friends convinced me that maybe the cook was different the first day. Nope.. it wasn't. However, my friends and some family members say it is so good (maybe they don't know better). The atmosphere is pleasant and good music. I just don't care for the fried alcapurria (made with banana or bacalaito.

Visiting from Atlanta I walked into Phil’s while my family rested from a long day of sightseeing. It was as awesome! I met Phil and talked business and life and had a great time. He’s a great guy, and I highly suggest going here. Great and positive energy establishment.

Went in for a quick bite. The atmosphere was great. Everyone made you feel very comfortable. The food was outstanding. Real authentic Puerto Rican food. Growing up in a latino household hands down was eating Mama's cooking. Definitely looking forward to coming again. Thanks Phil for a great time with Laughs and great food.

Best prices around, for both good beers on tap and good food til late night. In particular the flan and octopus salad are excellent. I also like the lobster empanada when they have it. Always a baseball or basketball game on, hope they have the World Cup this summer, and it is run by a nice family that always have their kids or parents around to help out. The sort of small business to support that you don't see that often.

The food is so yummy real Puerto Rician food They make you feel like you are part of the family! Joanne is awesome and a great host. Stop by if your in the area. They also have music and the serve drinks.
