I try to do as much of my own repairs as I can but sometimes lack of time or tools requires me to go to a shop. I've always chosen Phil's Auto the last few years and they always do a great job. It's not cheap but quality never is. Highly recommend these guys.

We recently had two of our vehicles worked on at Phil’s. One was for a transmission replacement. They very transparent and reasonable on their quotes and stuck to it even after running into several issues sourcing the transmission. I would not hesitate recommending Phil’s to friends and family!!

I called and asked to have a general car look over oil change and a dash cam installed... They wanted to not only call my mother instead of me the guy who owns the car about the price but want to charge over 800 dollars to do all that! You kidding me. I could go somewhere else have the camera installation done for 100 and have the car worked on for an oil change and a look over for less than 200.... Not only feel like I got disrespect from deciding to call my mother for approval on working on my car rather than the owner... Me. But over charge much for labor I call that taking advantage of someone!

EDIT: They called me and there was a miscommunication which I guess is why they called my mother instead of me. He also explained the reason for the cost being labor of 4 hours or more Of the dash cam install being over 600 dollars, But he respectfully told me if I was able to get it done elsewhere cheeper to go with that and they were not trying to take advantage. I respect the fact that they reached out to me personally to explain everything.

Took my parents car here to fix a stalling condition in their Ford flex. Phil's Auto has great communication techniques that make the repair smooth and seamless. My parents are happy with the fix.

I took advantage of the black Friday deal that was buy 3 get one tire free. I dropped off my vehicle to have the tires replaced and it was performed in a timely manner. I have had no issues with the tires and the installation. I was particularly impressed with the manager Matt Wesco. He understood my needs in a tire and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I can't believe how great these guys are. They left no potential problem unchecked and accurately disgnosed the fault and my vehicle is performing without issue. Too often a difficult (intermittent in this case) fault comes back with a "we couldn't find a problem" result. Not with these guys...they found it, fixed it and also checked for other related issues as well. Love the diligence and competence. Special shout out to Mike who quarterbacked the whole thing and worked the payment process with the third party warranty provider. Hope I don't need service anytime soon but would not hesitate to return to these guys.
