Philanthropy House provides great office space which has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The office space is light and airy and provides excellent working conditions. The building is managed by Staffs Community Foundation who provide a professional and responsive service, dealing with any queries immediately. The building has meeting/training spaces which are invaluable. The location is perfect and parking is plentiful. I would recommend without hesitation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Easy to find. Free to park.
Big, light, modern rooms. Great tech facilities.
Good outside catering.
Helpful and friendly staff.
If all your guests are not arriving at the same time - you will benefit from having someone man the door as it is security access only (but only a feet feet away from the meeting rooms)

We rent an office at Philanthropy House and would highly recommend it. The building is managed by the Staffordshire Community Foundation with the aim of providing affordable, modern office space to local charities. We are really pleased with the location and facilities and to be in an office working alongside other charities.

We held one of our network meetings here and we really impressed.
The location, facilities and parking are excellent and the staff were friendly and really helpful. Great value as well.
