I was with this insurance company for 10+ years. It was great until this last year. Hard to get ahold of Phil as he is the only agent in the office. The receptionist are not understanding or helpful. I would think twice before signing up through this agency. I had to call THREE times to cancel my policy, which was never actually done and I was charged anyway. I had to have my new insurance agent call to stand up for me. Thank goodness for Allstate.
