Do not see "Dr." Singh. I knew instantly when he walked into the room that he did not understand or care about my concerns at all. Never made eye contact and lacked compassion, empathy and understanding. Never bothered to listen to my full history. And his nurse was very argumentative to someone who is there as a patient looking for answers. As for the notes they made in my file, it's like they weren't even in the room with me at all. I came here as a last resort and received no answers. Just insult. Avoid.

Dr Abraham Chamely and PA Jaclyn Galinaitis are two of the BEST of Inteligence in Today's Medicine that Exists! They consider each patients individual situation, treat that situation and Follow up Forever on that patient. I am extremely Greatful for their dedication to their patients and their determination to find cures and the latest treatment for the Many conditions that treat.

Be forewarned if you're having to deal with the front desk staff

This was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with Holy Cross This front desk staff is the rudest most inappropriate front desk staff I have ever come across I will never recommend to anyone this office. Holy Cross has known about this issue for some time and refuses to do anything about it. I could not be more disappointed with Holy Cross. Stay away from the woman that sits all the way to the left at the desk. She is a black woman and wears a face mask. you will know her by the lack of kindness and empathy in her eyes..... This particular incident happened on March 15th 2024, not my first time visiting this office and dealing with this woman. This is the first time I've posted about her and the rest of the front desk staff. I have also made a formal complaint with HC guest relations as well as the DPR Florida Department of Professional Regulations. No patient being seen by a doctor should have to deal with the disrespect that this woman showed me and apparently others as well looking at some of the reviews on Google. I plan on using every resource available to me help make sure this does not happen again. Its clear that Holy Cross has no interest in taking action that will result in this woman and her co workers modifying their behavior

I'm a private health care provider and I was there this morning trying to make an appointment for my patient at Phil Smith Neuroscience and I was mistreated by Margarita,
such a rude person who works at the reception. I was providing my patient’s information to Theresa, also at the front desk who happens to be a very polite lady while Margarita gave me two minutes to leave the front desk while I got the necessary paperwork and continued to interrupt me saying I had two minutes to finish... I felt humiliated and discouraged, I spoke very highly of the services provided by the Doctors and their team
to my boss, so that he makes the decision to treat his father in this place. I personally was a patient at Holly Cross Hospital and I loved it, but this has nothing to do with the care my patient has received, he loved the staff and especially the doctors who treated him.
Holly Cross is known for having excellent customer services over the years. Sincerely, Margarita needs to invest in her interpersonal skills and wear the shirt of great teamwork in customer service.

wow what rudeness and diversion of the staff -- all I wanted was the results to tow tests to be sent to my surgeon -- over a month of rude stonewalling not to send the reports -- my surgeon has called twice for the reports (no recall) and I have called. They are very very rude -- if you can think of way to not help a person, they could write the book. Even one of the two doctors (Lesser) had the enthusiasm of a non-being. In sum, stay away from the practice. Most of my doctors are within the Holy Cross system. They lack orespone is hurting the process for hand surgery -- they frankly don not care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been calling since Wednesday last week and can not get through to the office. I have been a patient of Dr Chamley for 15 years and never experienced this. This is crazy.i can call after hours and Chamley calls right back this is not a reflection of him just how the organization and scheduling is a mess and a joke. I need to make a point mention asap and can not get through.

I have no idea what those who posted about rudeness are talking about. In my 30 years of seeing neurologist this is the BEST office I have ever been to. When you call to speak to a nurse or medical professional, I almost always get someone. The doctor calls me directly to discuss test results and she sat with me for over an hour to take my history.

This is the most cared for I have felt in years!

The only complaint I would have is that Holy Cross's signs to the Neuroscience Institute are nonexistent when you are in front of the ER or Main Hospital...but that has nothing to do with the care I have received.

My last neurologist wouldn't call me back when I said I was having problems and they didn't even have an option to leave a message with a nurse or doctor.

Such a rude person who answers the phone and works at the desk. The same person ... a black receptionist or secretary - I don't know her name. She cuts you short when talking and when I called about prescriptions that pharmacies could not help with or a vaccine form she took it upon herself to tell me no in both aspects instead of having a dr. or nurse consider their own opinion. I have been going there for many years. Sine the remodel and changing staff people have become so nasty ans impatient. I might be looking somewhere else. And to make things worse when you want to schedule an appt. you have to wait like 3 - 6 mos.
