Charlie is amazing! He helped me get into a bad ass K4 for the right price. He helped me sort out the mess of the trade in. I recommend going here if you want a car. They aren’t predatory and don’t use aggressive measures to make a sale. I felt comfortable and was taken care of.

I came into Phil Smith Kia in Lighthouse Point with not much to put on the table but with lots of hope. Gonzalo who had been highly recommended by a friend was the one to help me. The recommendation was well merited. Gonzalo was phenomenal! His attentiveness, understanding, commitment to help and customer service was impeccable! Not once did I feel like he was your average car sales man trying to push a car on to me. He worked diligently to help me out and I am so thankful for him!
