Absolutely the worst experience I have yet to have with any dealership. I got here with the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase but the dealership sold it to someone else even though having me change my insurance, getting a chashiers check and have me sit there waiting for 5 hrs just to tell me they sold it to someone else. I wouldn't recommend buying from here.

Since 2014 I have leased or purchased only from Phil Smith. Last 3 leases have been easy and fundamentally quick that I worked some over the phone that when I went in I was in and out. Unorganized business practices at Tallahassee Ford Lincoln. As a customer of theirs, I am legally expressing my opinion on a public forum. I can't believe it would take 3 to 4 months for a car to get serviced there. Janice,you were so rude to me on the phone.
