My experience at this salon was by far the most fun and comfortable experience I've ever had at a nail salon. They were very attentive, caring, and did my nails beyond what I wanted or expected. I highly recommend this nail salon and won't go anywhere else but Phil Nails from now on! (The first picture is what I showed and wanted and the other 3 are what I got). I've never been happier with my nails or the experience before!

The quality is very good. I asked for one heart on each and my tech added way more and I feel like it was to upcharge me. My nails were way more expensive than I would expect ($85). My tech was also very unprofessional; talking on the phone, asking me political questions, cursing, watching tik toks. I really do like my nails (even it’s not what I asked for) but the experience was not very good.

Was very upset with how my nails turned out. I showed a design and was told she could do them. Half way through I noticed the nails were nothing like I wanted. I spoke up and she was like you don’t like. I mentioned it’s not what I wanted but it was still cute she said okay and continued doing work not in the inspiration photo. At that point it was running close to when I had to go to work so I couldn’t have her redo them. Over all not a great experience. Paid $85 for nails I hated.

The chair was AMAZING, best massage chair I've sat in yet. Excellent job on the pedi, nail tech took her time around the cuticle and did a very nice job on cleaning them up.

I usually go to a regular in indy but I'll be coming back here on occasion

Tee is by far the best!! Knows how to hold conversation, makes you feel welcome! Quick and best techniques around!! Been seeing her for 6+ years!! She always knows how to make me feel and look good at her salon! She also has some good help and pedicure specialist as well on site and does way more than just nails!! I would recommend her to anyone and always tell my friend, family and strangers about her cause everyone always loves my nails!! And she is not high priced like the rest!! Totally worth driving out of town!

Just went here and got my nails done. Haven't been here in years, but glad I still came here. They always make my nails look good. They can so any design or style you give them. Such a friendly and welcoming environment. They always conversate with you and listen to anything you say. Prices are good. And clean when you go inside. Would recommend. Favorite nail salon😎🤗
